Fetching daily candles for all symbols and backtesting 6 patterns — this takes a few seconds…
Details
Pick a pattern first, then see the symbols: six built-in daily candlestick patterns — MA golden cross, volume breakout, long lower shadow after a decline, low-volume consolidation, low-volume pullback to the moving average, and oversold reversal. Switch patterns to see which of the 30 USDT spot pairs and 20 US stocks/ETFs match right now, each hit with its key numbers (volume ratio, breakout size, distance to the moving average). Every pattern also comes with a pool-wide historical backtest: how many times it has triggered across all symbols over the past years (repeat triggers on the same symbol within 10 trading days count only once), and the win rate, average and median returns 5, 10 and 20 trading days after each trigger, with unmatured triggers excluded from the denominators. Everything is judged on closed daily candles only, so conclusions do not change intraday. The backtest deducts no fees or slippage, pools crypto and US stocks into one statistic that only gives a rough probability, and past performance does not predict future results. This tool mechanically scans and summarises public data only and is not investment advice.
Who it's for
Swing traders who like to pick a pattern first and find symbols second; anyone who wants to check whether golden crosses and volume breakouts actually work, using historical win rates and average returns.
18btc Crypto Tools Navigator · Our Take
“Patterns are probability tools, not predictions: always read the win rate together with the average return — a high win rate with a thin average return can be eaten alive by fees and slippage, while a mediocre win rate with a good payoff ratio should not be dismissed either. One honest caveat: this backtest pools 30 crypto pairs and 20 US stocks, and the two markets behave very differently, so treat the numbers as a rough compass, never as a promise about any single symbol.”
