Dev Toolbox
A developer toolbox: encoding, hashing, JSON, timestamps and more — twenty tools running locally.
Details
Twenty of the small jobs developers and ops folks do every day, on one page: Base64, URL encoding, Unicode escapes, radix conversion (BigInt — no overflow however large the integer) and hex conversion; MD5 / SHA-1 / SHA-256 / SHA-512 hashing, a JWT decoder (header and payload only, clearly labelled as not verifying signatures) and a password strength checker (entropy estimate and a grade, never an absolute verdict); batch UUIDs, random passwords and random numbers; JSON formatting, minifying and validation that points at the exact line and column of a syntax error, timestamp conversion with a live clock, color conversion, unit conversion and a URL parser whose query table is editable and rebuilds the link live; plus a text counter, eight case conversions, line tools and a line-by-line text diff. A search box at the top filters the tools by name in either language. Everything computes locally in your browser — tokens, keys and log snippets you paste never leave your device. Free, no sign-up, no usage limits.
Who it's for
Developers and ops folks who live among APIs, logs, tokens and timestamps — plus anyone who occasionally needs to decode a Base64 string, peek inside a JWT or hash something.
18btc Crypto Tools Navigator · Our Take
“The line-up follows the kind of inventory that collections like it-tools made popular, but every tool here is this site's own build and all twenty run locally — when you are handling tokens and keys, not pasting secrets into someone else's server is the whole point. The JSON error locator and the JWT decoder earn their keep fastest in day-to-day API debugging.”
